Residhome Nice Promenade

We loved this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants. The famous promenade was also within walking distance, amazing. The hotel facilities were great, especially the roof terrace, and the staff were very friendly. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable bed in our studio apartment.

The rooms were clean and well-organized, exceeding our expectations. The value for money was really good with free Wi-Fi and all the necessary amenities. the location in the city center allowed us to easily explore the city on foot.

The staff were polite but unhelpful, particularly those on night duty. We had issues with the air conditioning and a strange smell in the room, but were told to wait until morning for assistance.

Planned to see Nice major attractions and it was lovely place for visiting all of them. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was great to satisfy everyone.

A good home base for holiday. Well soundproofed room and friendly communication with the staff. 0.5 km away from Nice Cote d'Azur airport.

Great location, just minutes away from Promenade de Anglais and a short walk to the old town and train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Well-equipped kitchenette. Complimentary breakfast offered when room wasn't ready.

Staff were helpful, hotel was spotlessly clean, set in shopping area adjacent to a supermarket, the seaside and the beach. The food was fab and we liked it.

Newly remodelled hotel, good restaurant and polite staff. Non-smoking and compact room with sea views. The location was ideal, not too far from an art museum. A bus station near the venue. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Nice.

Workers were welcoming, setting is in 20 minutes' walk to the heart of the city. And also there was a modern beach club, only 400 metres from the venue.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to a supermarket and offers easy access to the famous promenade and the beach. The room is well-equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, and cooking hobs, making it convenient for guests to prepare their meals. the balcony provides a pleasant space to relax and enjoy the warm weather.

The staff at the hotel seemed to have a lack of concern for guests' belongings and did not provide satisfactory assistance when a guest's shorts went missing from the balcony.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, for the price I paid, it was an excellent value for money. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a comfortable double bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the service was prompt. The location, although on the outskirts of the city centre, was actually quite convenient as it was a short walk to the promenade and there were plenty of grocery stores nearby. One thing I really enjoyed was the view from my room's balcony, which overlooked the rooftops and provided a great perspective of the city.

All in all, everything was fine.

Exactly as shown in pictures. Quiet, clean room with large, comfortable bed and 4 pillows. Fully equipped kitchen with larger than expected fridge. Spacious balcony facing beautiful garden. Good-sized, clean bathroom with large shower. Helpful, pleasant staff. Near beach and delicious pizzeria. Many shops in the area. Highly recommended.
